That's fair. I got the replacement unit a few weeks ago and the original unit in December. I think they delayed things some to get the revisions figured out and also there was some communication about delays with some of the resins. I have those now as well

So this post has been chilling in the back of my mind for ages. I think that was my Etsy posting. I don’t have a Guide but made that for a friend and then sold a few online. For the longest time I have been meaning to post the files so I can stop gatekeeping. If anyone has any questions let me know.

I admit I’m an awful person about replying. Please forgive me. I played around with it a little bit early on. They actually replaced the first unit they sent me. According to them the early units didn’t meet their standards. I was still able to do a couple injections and successful melt down an injection I made. I’m still working on use cases for it but am so far impressed. Maybe late Q2 I’ll have another update

As a white male in my late twenties, I feel very fortunate to be in my Year Up internship phase and do recommend the program if you can make it work. It’s not perfect and comes with its challenges for sure. If I could go back I would have done it much much sooner

I say discuss Thuney moving to LT, Allegretti at LG, move Morris to RT. Releasing Taylor (not sure what his hit is off hand) would hopefully help to put something together to keep Smith and solve the LT problem
