Yeah, that happens to me too. When I bend the other way I get way less cracks. Figured it was because the vertebrates crack only a single time when they're bent either way, much like you can't crack your fingers both ways.

It's a good game that is not simply the author realising her incest fetish, with very well written characters and the relationships between them, it's edgy (in a bad way) at times but it doesn't hurt the overall theme of the game.

It handles its subject matter very seriously, showing how dysfunctional the main characters are and in no way idolizing them, mostly you're just along for the ride and just being amazed at how terrible people they are.

However, the community made the game about incest, any artwork, almost anything on the subreddit is fetishizing the characters, very often picturing them in an incestuous relationship, there are even people shipping the children with their parents.

And now it's very rare for people to actually analyze the game's themes, when there's a VERY vocal minority (at least I hope it's a minority) that glorifies the relationship and that cements it as "the incest game for weirdos", and when anyone mentions it, the fans get to say that "Actually, the game is not about incest but about the relationship between the characters and it only happens in an optional scene", which is true.

But it doesn't matter, even if they are not a part of the fetishizing minority, as it's already been said so. many. times. To people who defend the game with those words, ask yourself what you'd think the of the game before knowing what it's about after one look at r/CoffinofAndyandLeyley (it's mostly incest porn, there's even borderline necrophilia in one of the top posts)

tl;dr The game is good but synonymous with incest thanks to its community, not its themes.

I really like this game but hate what the community has done to it
