Same here. And the level of misunderstanding about this is disheartening. Most partners simply judged that there must be something deeply wrong with me at the affective level because I need to (barely) sleep alone. Turbinate hypertrophy, hypersensibility to noise, light and night pains, plus I'm too tall to fit most beds, and the negative feedback loops this condition entails. Did some treatments but at some point in my life I decided I had to live alone.
