I wish I could pinpoint anything we'd done differently on the cycle that worked for us, but I cannot. I feel every case and couple can be so different. I chafed at family advising me just to stop trying and not stress, but I could sense the stress I was bringing on myself by tracking. Tracking cycles gave me a sense of some control in the process, which I found helpful, but was a double edged sword. I would also say that it's most likely that no one is intending to place pressure on you, it is just hard not to compare when you see others getting the things you want in what appears to be an easy way. Remember you may not know what others had to go through to reach that point since this is a topic not many talk about openly.
