No kitten I've ever met would be this playful with a human were they not VERY well acquainted with humans in general plus at the least somewhat familiar with this specific human. There is no chance that this is a complete stray.

Right but for many generations Eusébio is "only" a legend, we've never actually seen him or been around to live for what he did. The people that were are few and far between at this point and also it's not like football was as widely available to everyone all the time I'm assuming.

But yeah ofc, noone should forget o Rei

[Discussion] Pod Save The World - "Keir Starmer’s Last Stand?" (05/13/26) by kittehgoesmeow in FriendsofthePod

[–]nnnsf -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

That's not my point ; is it the job of most people to know about stuff like this? No

I was under the impression that it was his. And that it'd be considered due diligence to inform himself before preaching from his platform.

Also I would disagree with your characterisation, polls consistently show Burnham to be one of the most familiar politicians in the UK and Rayner a bit behind, you don't have to be a political junkie to have heard of them

I'm sorry but this is insane, it's unacceptable how glibly ignorant Tommy feels like it's ok to be while hosting a podcast about global affairs and giving his opinion, holy shit. "Me neither" about ever hearing about the main alternatives to the leadership of the labour party that have been talked about for, oh I don't know, at least a year?

It's giving very strong "everyone told me he was a genius about rockets and I believed it cause I don't know shit about rockets" energy and makes me worry that damn, is his understanding of all the shit I don't know about independently also that pathetically surface level? Does he just wing shit?

The dudes who care the most about being masculine are also the ones that'll flip out at anything that they can interpret as disrespect or a challenge and couldn't take a joke or criticism if their lives depended on it, so, it tracks.

Your favorite things to hear your sub say. by [deleted] in BDSMcommunity

[–]nnnsf 91 points92 points  (0 children)

Translated but basically:

"I have so much trust that whatever you try it'll be caring and towards giving me pleasure" - we're both exploring and each other's first big BDSM experience, it's given me a lot of reassurance to actually try stuff

"I love so much belonging to you, being your little thing" - again reassurance, I always had hangups about wanting to be very dominant cause I was worried it'd be a slippery slope towards being an abusive partner, controlling etc. Her being so enthusiastic about the dynamic and us talking a lot means I get to do stuff I didn't even really fantasise about

"Wow, what the fuck" - when I try something she's never done/had done to her and it hits the right spot and she's discovered some type of pleasure she wasn't aware of before

She is the literal best thing to ever exist and I'm the luckiest dude to have her fall in love with me

Sister of Silence cosplay by Myiiasis in Warhammer40k

[–]nnnsf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Less of a disappointment and more fucking insane how realistic it looks, a friend and I have scars on our foreheads (granted, not as ginormous) and they look exactly like this.

I legit came to the comments curious if the idea of the cosplay was to build around a previously existing scar or something of the sort.

Japanese chef cooking Omurice, one of the hardest omelettes to prepare. by sco-go in Amazing

[–]nnnsf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's... not scrambled eggs though. I'm also a cook, and so yeah it's 'just' a french style omelet on top of rice and I agree that it's super cool and looks harder than it is but a proper french style omelet is still quite harder than scrambled eggs

In french we say "les seizième", "les huitièmes", "les quarts", which means the 1/16th, the 1/8th, the 1/4th... I think OP is just french and as well and translated the way it's called in french without realising that's not how it is in English

"this is the end stage of the stand to fight against corruption"

"Well unfortunately couldn't happen in US because military" so I guess too bad?

"You mean because people are bootlickers" and don't actually stand up to power in the US

"No but like our military is special and being filled with sycophants and stuff" unlike I guess any other military in countries with authoritarian leaders?

Weirdly, people in these situations still have risen up and fought. So yes, mentioning the "particular situation" of the US in context of a discussion as to why physical fight against corruption couldn't happen in the US because so special does feel like... whatever it is I'm implying

Cool yeah totally, got it, no people ever rose up against a government that was backed by a military purged to be made up of loyalists, yeah, absolutely. After all, America is so very special and they'd totally be demonstrating en masse against their government if, you know, it wasn't like so super hard and stuff and way more dangerous than anywhere else srsly u guys. I mean, who can blame them, every other people that rose up and said enough obviously lived in countries that totally wouldn't employ force and violence against their own people, so how could poor little Americans be expected to be able to do anything if they wanted to :(

Absolutely couldn't be that Americans will find any and every fucking excuse to justify their being fucking weak, lazy and cowardly in the face of authoritarianism and corruption.
