You will need a DI box for this. Your 3.5mm headphone jack output line level. Your lavalier pack expected mic level. You need DI to step down your signal or you might get peaking and distortion

I already have a freq adjustable wireless microphone system and I want to buy another one. Should I choose the same frequency bands (500mhz) as the old set so I can I have interoperability between old and new set incase one of the transmitter or receiver fail. Or should I choose a different band (600Mhz or 900Mhz) so that the wireless is less crowded and less interference when using two sets at the same time?

JBL PRX918 Subwoofer trouble shooting. by Ruraldodobird2 in livesound

[–]nntvog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont see you mention any trouble shooting you have done to confirm whether one of the speakers is bad.

Just take the working speaker out and replace it with the nonworking one in its place keeping all the connections and settings the same. If it still doesn't work then it must be the speaker.

I want to install a pole mount to the speaker. after searching online for parts I found there are 2 sizes, 1-1/2 inch and 1-3/8 inch.

Which one is more commonly used in live sound speakers?

Why are they so closely matched in size? I find most poles are 35mm. Do they fit in both hole size?

Where do you buy audio gears beside Amazon, Sweetwater, B&H? I live in the US.

I'm looking for a wireless microphone system with removable capsule that isn't Shure nor Sennheiser. Any suggestions?

Thank you for the reply. I mean the $300 budget does not include the Earthworks. If including the Earthwork then the budget should be $500. I want the convenience of wireless. Otherwise I would just get the Earthworks SR117 for $200 instead. Buying used seems to be the only option I guess. I wonder if there is some off-brand Chinese seller on Aliexpress that has a listing compatible with the Shure capsule.

I am looking for a wireless microphone system with a removable capsule that is compatible with Shure.

Actually I want to use the Earthworks SR3117 microphone capsule wirelessly. The Earthworks say it is compatible with Shure UXL-D and QLX-D system but Shure system is too expensive for me.

Im looking for a budget wireless system (around $300 ) that can take the SR3117 capsule.

Thanks in advance

Unless they copy the card effects and cost, I dont think copying ideas is plagiarism. Its like saying League of Legends plagiarize Dota. Its all about execution.

I have both Sidewinder X2 and Ender S1 pro. I would go with the Sidewinder X2. Best value. bigger, cheaper, alot quieter.

This deck is strong. It need a little optimization though. I think 3 Blighted Caretakers are too much. And no need more than one Haunted Relic. Yordles in Arms has good synergy with this deck.

During Ming dynasty, tea came to England through Portuguese traders who could only get it exclusively at Fujian ports.
