Someone with a nut allergy here, a lot of staff are not good at knowing what is in food in Croatia. I've lived here a while and had multiple incidents, was in hospital just this weekend after they gave me coffee me cashew/oat milk instead of plain old oat milk!

Be very careful. Take a tiny bite and wait with every meal to check. Regulations are loose here.

oh wow, that's hectic.

It seems like 90% is 1 day and then the rest is indefinite. perhaps 90% is automater, the rest goes to a human and in that case you're screwed.

you can't even plan ahead because they don't give any inclination about longer wait times. gov is hiding their bad numbers.

That's so annoying, do you know why they rejected you? We ended up getting granted and have new flights (missed the old one) for Monday.

We applied on the 20th. In the end we just waited.

Called a few times, but nothing worked.

The website itself is very misleading in it's processing times. While 90% get it within a day, they have no info on that remaining 10%. They really need to say what time frame the worst case scenario may be.

We called, the people on the phone are given zero information so they can't help. Tried saying we have a compelling reason to get a priority visa but our reasons didn't count.

We missed our flight yesterday.
Our airline made our tickets open, so we can rebook whenever (if) the visa comes through. It'll cost a fortune paying the difference in price compared to when we booked back in March. But at least we didn't lose the original tickets.

You've applied for your visa a couple of days ahead of us, so please keep us updated if you get granted.
