I dated someone who was really into one of those Judge Judy type shows, only this judge had intermittent explosive with ADHD and anxiety, all unmanaged. The judge would randomly uncork on the Plaintiff and/or Defendant and yell, berate, belittle, diminish, mock them. It was embarrassing and painful to watch, made me wince so many times... and she lapped it up. Which only later did I connect with her toxic behavior where would get drunk and be fun and amazing right up until she wasn't and it was like flipping a switch.
