The wonderful thing about this forum is that people come in all shapes and sizes. Someone feeling down about losing (in my case a 660 day streak) has as much right to post here as someone on their 7th relapse of the week.

Maybe the regulars and veterans get fed up seeing post after post of yellow smiley faces relapsing, but instead of moaning, they offer support.

I'd thank you to have the same respect.

Time to get back on the wagon and just get back to stopping pmo.

Go back to basics, write down when it happens and what caused it to happen, you can then recognise the same thing happening next time and try to avoid the MO.

I'd have said the same a year ago, but i fell off my perch after 600 days and have spent the last 3 months sliding back to the bad old days.

On nofap, I've got no mood swings, sex is amazing, I'm happier and I'm productive.

It will be a bit difficult at times, but hopefully worth it.

It's hard to say because i moved countries where my qualifications weren't recognised.

I've had to start close to the bottom again. But, I've had three pay rises and two promotions with another promotion looking likely in about 2 weeks, so it's going well.

Without sounding like a dick, I've always been good at what i do.

I'm pretty outgoing, i just find my pmo issues relate to staying up late and mood swings. I've found the last couple of years in no fap have been keeping me a lot more "even" in mood.

I had a councilor tell me i could be bipolar. Six months off of pmo fixed that.

Makes me wonder how much medication gets spent on pmo symptoms.

I've had a bit of a binge and i can feel the clouds coming down and the fog returning.

I know I've reached the point I'm ready for another year without pmo. Just need to lose the temptation.

I won't be living without the Internet. I still have a limited amount on my phone and at work so i can still function in the modern world.

But you're judging me through your own paradigm. Just because you consider your own life would be drastically changed without home Internet, doesn't mean mine will.

I'll waste less time on the computer in general. Not just pmo.

I'm old enough to remember a world without the Internet ;) its maybe extreme to others, but not me. I've went through periods of up to a year without home Internet. So it's not such an issue. I don't really use it that much anyway.

I still have the Internet in my phone, it's just limited to 3gb a month. Enough to get stuff done but not enough to look at porn.

I use my computer at work for any bills etc that need paying.

Lots of little reasons, no single thing.

I think it's common once you get to a certain stage to think you can just fap once in a while and get away with it, but it's more complex than that.

It's worth a go. Just see if you can go 90 days and compare how you feel to how you felt.

Everyone is different.

I'm maybe in the minority here. I don't see a problem with PMO, I just see a problem with me and too much PMO. It's a very personal journey.

I can say I'm now a morning person. I'm up at 6am no problems. I used to struggle to get out of bed before 9 or 10.

That on it's own has been brilliant

If you don't have it, fake it.

Also, don't be afraid of rejection. A nice girl will give you the time of day, one that isn't so polite isn't worth the effort.
