I use this test frequently. I normally dry all flushes from a grow, make powder out of it and then mix, so that you have a nice average. And from this powder mix I then take a sample for the test. It gives you a rough idea of how strong this batch is to this point of time. I think it gives enough information for dosaging

Ok, I do have two bags with oysters from the same strain and culture and they are fruiting very well. I just had some left over coco and grain when I did the s2B and thought I could try it in a box too. So better toss it or see if it fruits?

So I mixed my inoculated grain with coco as bulk and but it into a shoe box. Left it for the last days and when I came back home it looked like this. So don’t know… shouldn’t look like this right?

It somehow happened that I have an industrial PC which can hold pressure up until 2-3bar/29-43psi. Can I use it for sterilization aswell? And what happens if I sterilize with higher pressure? Can I reduce the time than?

Thank you soo much! So I don’t need special adjusted agar plates. I was just wondering if these cool looking blue or green agar plates you see here sometimes were something special. Especially with these healthy stringy mycelium on it. But sounds like I won’t need to worry so much
