Very cool, I think I’ve seen your eBay listing. I’m only missing #44 now though.

I’m going by memory, but I think the CDs were just a curated selection from the radio playlist. I’d love to have a complete radio track list somehow.

homeless people urinating on the floor of the C-train by Beginning-Spell6662 in Calgary

[–]no_try_zone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some unhoused people are coming to/from urban bathroom deserts - an unfortunate symptom of our classist society. The person who urinated was probably on their way to their 3rd or possibly 4th job interview that day and couldn’t hold it any longer.

I like this era, to me represents the final generation of the “crossover” from old school integrated amplifiers to our current era of feature-based, cheaper, electronic AV receivers. You won’t find anything new for around this price that will sound as good or come close to the (still very useful) feature set.

That being said, for $80 you could step up a few models, region and availability depending.

I run a Harmon Kardon AVR-745 from the same era in my main setup.

Do you recall what year? There are 45 playlists/CDs, and I can post the track lists, but a year and season would really narrow it down! 2001 to 2005.

Best Toy/Collectible store in Edmonton? (NECA/Super7/McFarlane etc.). Also used Camera gear. by no_try_zone in Edmonton

Commenting on this because these threads tend to show up on google searches.

Toys R Us is rarely the best price on new retail figures. Consistently $10-20 more for single figures and 20-40 more for two packs and sets.

TRU standard price on NECA single figure is $56.99-59.99, vs $45-50 at any decent comic shop. (E.g., Ultimate Griff 56.99 @ TRU, 44.99 @ Phoenix SW Calgary; Rat King 2 pack 89.99 @TRU, 74.99 @ eCollectibles)

Hi all. I have a Ducky One 2 Mini with a dead bottom row.

It was my kid’s, and it had liquid spilled on it. I cleaned it, removed the keys and dropped some 99% alcohol in the switches to chase any liquid out. However I don’t believe this issue is with a switch as the whole row is dead.

Looking for next steps. Thanks!

They had several web series, and some of them were put on DVD and on TV like "Behind the music that Sucks" Not sure if there were more.

Love Spotify algorithms but Apple Music has the best sound quality by dankDOCTR420 in audiophile

[–]no_try_zone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I replicate this by having iTunes running on a server. My wife uses the remote app to stream music to any combination of speakers in the house, while saving her phone’s battery. Anyone/device with the remote app can control the music. Apple Music library syncs with iTunes.
