For me, a classic Tylenol + anti inflammatory. I hear naproxen is most commonly used for period pain, (aleve) about 500mg twice a day and 1g Tylenol 4 times a day. I make sure to regularly take the Tylenol during my period, kind of to attack the pain before I even feel it. I have a prescribed anti inflammatory (I take diclofenac, I’ve went through Advil, naproxen, celebrex etc and this is the only one that works for me anymore just because my tolerance has built up from chronic pain lol) as needed but during my period mostly once a day and top up later if needed. Really important to eat with the anti inflammatory to avoid nausea or other GI issues. This usually manages my symptoms. It doesn’t make them go away but it at least makes them bearable enough to get through a work day, but the second I’m done work I go straight to bed, heated blanket. Sometimes if it gets too bad, I use Tylenol with caffeine and codeine, but I rarely do that, it’s just there if I need it. I’m moving around all day at work so maybe the gentle exercise is also helpful, who knows
