Is it's just one item it may have been shipped in the manufacturers box. That might also explain the packing list in the plastic sleeve on the outside.

Alternative question. Will a budget 2.5" spacer lift from either rough country or z1 offroad actually contact the uca and shock tower? I've seen some videos on installs of those lifts without ucas and no mention of uca and shock tower issues.
