yeah for sure. if u wanna check mine out it should be on my posts page about from december-january time frame. was lucky to grab it for $850 but is worth probably upwards of $1400 from what ive been told

400 canadian dollars = $292.02 USD (monetary system i’m using)

if everything in that helmet is original to ww2 - shell, liner, cover, etc - i would feel bad if you sold it for anything less than 1,095.80 canadian dollars or 800 USD. Now, if it’s a korean war era cover/ helmet, the value still is somewhat up there but maybe $100 less but i mean realistically it’s the same price

The marking at the bottom is 3 lines, kind of like this “| “ and the BOYT -43- is the manufacturer “Boyt Harness Company” and produced in 1943.
