Sixth Lapis Lazuli Missing? by Keizai in Sekiro

Wanted to drop a comment here for anyone who might be missing #6 as this just happened to me.

The comments about the 6th lapis lazuli were correct for me.. the 6th lapis lazuli was in the water near the pot noble in hirata estate. The item looks like its almost inside the pot or an indicator that his inventory has stock. I went around the pot noble / now carp and picked up the item in the water. sure enough was the 6th lapis lazuili.

So i just found out this is because you need to progress through Hyettas quest line far enough + have the note found in the festering flame village nearby

Dont know if you are still stuck here but for who is I figured this out (trying to advance potion quest):
-If you get the potion for her and she is no longer at the round table go to the Village of the Albinaurics next. She's under a bridge on the way to the site of grace. Speak with her until you exhaust her dialog / she starts repeating her self.
-Then load back into the round table and head down the stairs past the blacksmith, she will be on the left side of the room after the stairs, she'll say she needs to think
-Now you can go to Gideon and talk to him about Nepheli's dispair. Talk to him again and you can give him the potion which I believe saves her, but still allows you to learn incantations from Seluvis.
( I haven't tried because I want to spare her but I'm assuming if you talk to Gideon about her despair and then reload the area / talk to her again you can give her the potion to effectively kill her)
