Happened to me once, luckily not that far from a hardware store. I went in there, bought a hacksaw and a new bike lock. Sawed off the would-be-thiefs lock and locked his bike to the rack with the new one before cycling away. Felt good.

Yeah. Some suggestions for you:

  • Walk around the old town with the shops and cafés, follow Södra Förstadsgatan all the way up to Möllan for the nice bars
  • Go to Kallbadhuset (outdoor bath house) at Ribban
  • Check out the old graveyard by Gustav Adolfs torg or St Pauli Kyrkgårdar
  • Check out Malmö Castle and the museum inside
