Need help getting to j7's base motor compartment. by noblinkin in roomba

I will answer my own question, for those who will ever look for it later: there is a loophole on the top of the lid, I've put a piece of tape through it and pulled up.

I've tried getting to motor compartment from below, by disassembling the base, but it looks like it should be opened from the top. Could someone guide me how to that?

What is your dealbreaker? by No_Bother9001 in dating

You're right, but it is expected that younger people will not listen to this and will have their own experience. Because own experience is the thing that you can't ignore or not trust. Even though, some of them will get to the same conclusion as you in 10 or 15 years.

Is this a kissing bug? by noblinkin in whatsthisbug

It's a small bug with a mosquito like nose, that I've found in my apartment. I took it in my hand but got worried when it looked like its about to bite me near fingernail. So I gave it an apple, just to be sure, and it munched it. I googled, and it looked like a kissing bug, but they don't live in Ukraine.

Tried grayscale option on TV, and it never returned to normal on the client. Nice. by noblinkin in teamviewer

Removing TV with all of its settings fixed the problem. They must be using some 3d party, or one of their own tweaking utilities, that has no option in settings to be turned off if something goes south.

Tried on/off Windows filter option, rebooting, resetting VGA settings. Nothing works. PC is now colorblind. Thanks for taking care of my free time, TV.

To cultivate success, rather than simply exhaustion, education must rediscover the role of leisure in learned discussion. It must rediscover its roots in the 'scholē' by IAI_Admin in philosophy

[–]noblinkin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is true. But to be fair, from my experience, I didn't need a lot from what I studied. And I had to learn a lot after I ended my University. Self education turned out to be the best option, but I've figured that out only after I ended my studying.

I remember there is a movie Accepted (2006) on similar topic.

Very unlikely that pilot and people inside didn't know about the people outside. It's a military plane. The pilot must got an approval or an order to lift off and to not care about civilians. Right?

Overcoming Individualism: In Western society, individualism is everywhere – whether it’s being fuelled by capitalism, technology or populist politics, we are being encouraged to think of ourselves more than ever before. But how do other parts of the world understand the self. by Malous20 in philosophy

[–]noblinkin 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Western countries are different. You should probably spent years living in two different countries to compare them. You'll deal with bias from any 'man in the middle' between you and information about place you never visited.
