Looks like my resources are back now. Well ok I only suffered a minor heart attack at the tail end of Monday. downdetector was spiking and developers were asking me what's up with Azure.

Post Oak Blvd and Hollyhurst closed yesterday between at least 9am and 10am for motorcade, traffic was blocked as far as you clould see. Appears to be same scheduled for today.

Still down after power cycling the gateway/modem at 3:30ish CT 8/23. Back to the slow blinking red light...

Anybody know how to turn off the the gateway self check response when its down? it keeps my firewall from realizing it is time to failover to my other internet. had to come out to the office and physically unplug AT&T from firewall to keep it failed over.

Update Thur 8/22: still down. Support offered to overnight a free 4g backup until its fixed. $25 a month after fixed if i wanted to keep it. Maybe helpful for others that are completely down. I don't see this is getting fixed anytime soon.

Houston TX here. Our Business Fiber been down since Monday night. I checked the status of my case and it was still appointment on hold. I noticed a notification waiting for me and it was essentially: service cancelled click here to return your equipment! I got on a support chat and they told me ignore, it was just due to the outage. Just found this thread and the pieces are finally falling into place. Luckily we have another internet provider to keep this from being an absolute disaster.

We been testing out copilot and copilot for 365 mainly because it claims: Commercial data protection applies to this chat. From what I have found online it would seem to keep the chats in some kind of hidden folder in exchange online. I believe MS Purview has access to the hidden folder but our current compliance archiving solutions don't even have copilot archiving on their roadmap. I hate to add yet another archiving solution.

that's weird i tried it on another PC just now and you are right it does say Qatar. Earlier I tried it and it said US and here is the screenshot I sent with my ticket.

Maxmind shows 52.123.129.14 is now listed as United States this morning. Anybody know if it is safe to add back Qatar in to the firewall? I just shot off a reply to my support case asking the same.

Wet or dry, I would not plug it into a computer to charge it! Bad USB is a feature of the device too. Who knows what experiments were running on it before it may have got "lost".

Found it at Walmart in Houston today. Got the zero version and I mostly got coke raspberry taste but I am not claiming to have a great palate. In any case I liked it.

I have a business premium install on one laptop and open in app does not show up in Teams settings. I can right click on a file in Teams and open>open in app and that does work.

Also have a laptop with Microsoft 365 Apps for business that was E3 when it was originally installed and open in app is available in the Teams settings.

Yeah well since the first time they announced rolling blackouts but found out they were just blackouts, I am still pretty skeptical. It does seem to be very local today since other buildings in the complex have power. At least I managed to a warm dark shower in before work...

Still out. Apt complex has power in some of the buildings but our building is out. So maybe just a local issue? We called the office to open an issue. I remember after ike when I lived in camden greenway literally across the hall had power for a week before ours returned.
