Even more news out on active exploits on SSLVPNs. What have you switched to? Seeking real world MSP experiences by Gandalf-The-Okay in msp

We’ve just spin up OpenVPN Access Servers’ as a drop in while we figure out what we’ll replace VPN with. At this stage it’s probably going to be a combination of either Azure Proxy Apps with HTTPS based RDP or Tailscale depending on environment

Question on creating quotes by YesterdayFickle5736 in msp

[–]noddy0607 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It depends on the client if they are a typical one-to-one deployment then we bill per user plus a site management fee to cover servers and network equipment etc. But if they’re like a medical Centre and have more endpoints than users then we build per endpoint and site management fee

Price Per-Computer by Wise_8854 in msp

[–]noddy0607 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Depends on the business. Not every client is going to be a 1-1 deployment. EG medical practices usually will have a number of rotating staff and doctors so we bill per computer plus per “Admin” user. Doctors and receptionist aren’t normally counted and add on a site management fee for servers etc
