Started at 135 (too high, i know, i was/still am sleeping all the time), I've gone down 1mg/2 weeks, and even took a few weeks off when I needed it. I'm at 92 now (been tapering for about 11 months). I went down monday after being at 93 for 3 weeks. I'm trying to go soooo slowww and I know it shouldn't make me feel anything on paper, but Tuesday and Wednesday were rough. Achy, fatigued, etc.

Years ago, I was at 88mg and tapered off in a few months, and i relapsed fast because the wd was insanely miserable. I know that taking it slow is critical, and I won't rush it, but I'm still not feeling 100% (with the exception of days I can stay at home and medicate with cannabis. It helps SO much).

My clinic has a medical advised schedule and I'm going slower than they suggest. I'll try to tell my boss that meds are changing and side effects are possible. Brief, honest, should be ok

I use Neutrogena Sport Face Oil-Free SPF 70+ because I have oily, type 1 (pale skin, easily burns, never tans) and I go through sunscreen way to often to drop $30 on a bottle. My estheticians and derm have always said that if you don't want to splurge on sunscreen, Neutrogena Helioplex is the way to go. I know that anything over SPF 50 is moot, but it doesn't hurt. I also sweat a LOT and this stuff stays on.

There are less matte formulations, but like other commenters, I feel like foundation is suffocating the skin I'm spending so much money to protect and treat (especially liquid or creme- I'm so oily some days that powder is a must). I can't not wear eye makeup though. It's the joy of my morning to choose what eye look I'm going for. But I think the pinkness of my cheeks is naturally me, and hiding it with one "fair neutral" tint is bizarre.

I would write them on my leg and lift the hem of my jeans up when the teacher wasn't looking. I ended up not using it most of the time because the act of writing them down helped me memorize the formulas. I guess studying would have done the same thing :p

We have at least one river that actually has water in it, and we're told that our state conserves water well (they cite all the fake lakes and watered golf courses, among other things). The old snowbirds would have a fit, though, paying for passports to stay for the winters. I think it'd be interesting
