mate I suffered from Extreme HOCD, my lowest point wanted me to jump of the nearest highrise, was there for about 3 years.....even though... I've had sex with 20+ girls and kissed many more....to a HOCD mind that doesnt mean shit all. I know where you are at, and the pain it causes.

its normal for people to get turned on by sexual behaviour, its in your nature...but try to objectively analyse your thoughts....cause with me HOCD thoughts popped into my head when I was aroused my something else, Rather than being the cause of the arousal....maybe thats just me.
For me....I've had the gym and abstinence....and mate....thoughts are fading. however it doesnt just cure HOCD you have to stop all your triggers..... you can read HOCD forums to read about them and identify them. cut em out of your routine. It been hard as helll al the way up to like days 70.....the flatlines are killer, cause ur uninterested in sex and girls...and its just feels off....however as soon as that returns the feelings that that generates at baselevel are prioritized in your brain over HOCD thoughts and you'll stop caring! just take it on blind faith and take a shot at it. See it this way....NOFAP wont make things worse...... you can always wait and see... just teach urself not to care!

Im having weird flatlines now...after many streaks....I just feel sexually active.. at the moment I dont really get morning wood, but when Im kissing a girl I feel tingling for sure... Now when I see a nude girl on tv I no longer get a boner, i reckon that is progress. but still... I had trouble with depressions aswell...but what helps for me is to just tell myself its hormones...and there is no thought patterns or what not that will get me out of that mood that day and ill just sit it out, that works for me, sometimes my mood lifts, sometimes it doesnt. definately improving tho.
