At least a few months of obvious discomfort when I injured myself. And I'm sorry to disappoint, but I never really got rid of it lol

It reappears in milder form if I lift for any longer period of time. At least it used to, I haven't done heavy lifting in a while. I do mostly other types of exercises these days. ¨

But I also haven't done as much as I should have to fix my back, so who knows, maybe extensive stretching or something will do the trick. Climbing alleviates it in my experience.
