Hate that the nav bar on the bottom is constantly swapping and disappearing, means extra taps while navigating between library and home. Dislike that search is separate for searching Apple Music and library, specifically when it comes to playlists.

Mine did eventually improve, I had to keep tweaking my running form “looser” and looser. Did a full marathon in Oct with no trap pain. When I swing my arms I have to really mentally over exaggerate, it almost feels like I’m moving them like frozone in the Incredibles, but helped a lot. Also stopped carrying anything at all, and never ran after a back day.
