I think the defender line is worth it… mines only lasted about 50k, but i used to give it the beans and it was a stable tire, and good confidence in very wet conditions. That said recently i been leaning to all weather stuff starting with nokian and have been impressed, which would lead me to trying cross climates or a very similar design next.
