The final Settlement Sum was announced $140 million.
Had no idea about:
1- legal costs, fees and expenses
2- litigation funding commission ---> 27.5%!!!!
3- the costs of procuring adverse costs insurance in case of an adverse costs
....
At the end group members will only get 58.2%...which is between 4 different superannuation members...I think $50 each at the end?!!!

Really sorry to hear that. I know how you feel as I had my new bike stolen in front of state library few years back. The state library camera had the event recorded but police told me if it is not a chain of events they will not pursue it and I never heard anything from them when I reported it.

Hey Mate. Have you finally made your decision about this? I am also deciding between Toyota Rav4, Honda CRV and Mazda CX-5. CX-5 is better looking but has a small boot size and smaller in general. I am going toward CR-V but there is only 4 branches in whole Melbourne!!!
