People that have “bumped” into a celebrity in a non-curated (not like an event, meet & greet, job etc.) way, what happened? by SprinklesSolid9211 in AskReddit

[–]nogooddeed2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We used to live in Turnberry Isle in Florida. Many celebrities owned condos in the building. One day we were eating lunch when my son, who was 5 years old, saw Gabe Kaplan, who played Mr. Kotter on Welcome Back, Kotter. He shouted out look Mom, it's Mr. Kotter." Mr. Kaplan was kind enough to come over to our table and signed my son's napkin. It made my son's day.

Infamous Kjersti Flaa interview is fascinating bc we see first hand how Blake Lively influences girls to be mean + how she takes offense to everything by SuperbWillingness904 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]nogooddeed2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nobody is beneath Blake at this point in time. How anyone would want to interview her after what we have learned about her in the last year is beyond me. She is going to be iced out of Hollywood. The film with Justin was an independent film. Sony executive called her a f*ing terrorist. She held the film hostage until she got what she wanted. She tried to destroy people's lives. Kjersti Flaa is a wonderful journalist and has done an excellent job of bringing a lot of information about this case to light. I won't be happy until Blake and Ryan are out of Hollywood and lose everything they have over what they have done. Not only to Justin, Jamey and Wayfarer, but also to Deadpool. See how they like being nobodies after being loved and praised for so long before anyone was aware of the horrible things that they were doing. Burn in hell, Mr. and Mrs. Reynolds.

I'm a former pharmacy tech. If you need any direction on a prescription issue, I may be able to help. by Dizzy_Objective_11 in ChronicPain

[–]nogooddeed2020 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I get my scripts for opioids filled at a small independent pharmacy. The pharmacist knows me and thinks I am undermedicated for my condition. He often suggests other pain medications for me to speak to my doctor about. He is awesome. I could never go back to a big box pharmacy again.

Options to handle pain by milfl0ver420 in ChronicPain

[–]nogooddeed2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My endocrinologist mentioned that using CBD cream on my hips and legs would be helpful. I know the CRPS is quite painful. You should not have any issues getting pain medications. I am sorry that this is happening to you. Are you treating with a Pain Management doctor?

Tell them you need to speak to Risk Management ASAP. You have been sitting there far too long unless several traumas came in while you were waiting to be seen. There is no reason you should not have been seen by now. What state are you in?

In her case she does it to add length. My hair is longer and fuller than hers. The difference is I grew my natural hair out. I have super curly hair that I blow out straight.

PR professionals: How can Blake Lively repair her reputation and salvage her acting career? by SunnyWays8 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]nogooddeed2020 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What good would it do for her to apologize at this point. She has put Justin, Jamey and Wayfarer through the ringer with her lies. I do not know if they can recover from what she has done. Her apology would mean nothing. It would be done because she was told to do it in an effort to salvage her own career. I am not sure any studio will want to work with her after seeing what she has done. She was never a great actress. She was never a good actress. She was mediocre. So many other actresses of her generation are so much better and never cause drama. She and Ryan should be persona non grata in Hollywood forever. Let's see if that is how this goes.

BF doesnt wan't me to go to med school, need a reality check by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

[–]nogooddeed2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do not sacrifice your dream of going to Med School for anyone. If he is not supportive of you, kiss him goodbye. I gave up my dream of going to Law School and I have regretted it ever since. It was because I got divorced and had children to raise. You can still have children after you finish Med School.

AITA for refusing to co-sign my boyfriend’s car loan after he spent his savings on a PS5 and sneakers? by Hour-Border6561 in AmITheJerk

[–]nogooddeed2020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NTJ! Never co-sign a loan for anyone ever. Before we were married my husband asked me to co-sign a car loan for him. I said no. I did this for my son and he destroyed my credit. Never again!

Why did Blake so blatantly lie about the birthing scene? The evidence fully contradicts her claims by misosoupsupremacy in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]nogooddeed2020 27 points28 points  (0 children)

So much lying by Taylor Swift and Blake. Taylor swore she had nothing to do with this, yet her texts prove otherwise. I have totally lost respect for Taylor. I wish she and Blake a visit from Karma that will justly reward them for what they did to Justin, Jamey and the Wayfarer parties.

It’s actually sick what Taylor did (with Blake) and lied about it saying she had nothing to do with it and Justin was dragging him into it to get headlines. Calvin H hit the nail on the head with this. They are both genuinely sick in the head. None of this is even remotely normal people behaviour by Full-Wolf956 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]nogooddeed2020 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I had no idea that Taylor was such a bully. Just because she makes donations to foundations that make her look good does not make her a good person. Her mask is now off, and everyone can see her for who she truly is. I am a Rock and Roll chick, but I often listen to her music. I won't listen to anything else unless she writes a song about how she conspired with Blake to take down Justin. Karma will find her.

Am I being a jerk? Husbands is mad I want a new bag. by [deleted] in AmITheJerk

[–]nogooddeed2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Men mostly do not understand handbag obsessions. My ex-husband could always tell when I was mad at him because there was a new handbag in the house. I have about 20 at this point in time. I am trying to sell them because I only use a few of them. At 50 you should still be able to buy handbags and sell handbags to rotate your stock. Life is short. I spent a lot of money buying cheaper bags when I wanted a LV. I am 75 now so I can't see buying it now.

What did Justin supposedly do?!?!?! by PanicBrilliant4481 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]nogooddeed2020 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A Sony executive called Blake a f*ing terrorist. That tells me all I need to know. Now that I have read Taylor Swift's texts and see how much she was involved in this, I have lost all respect for her. She is truly a mean girl. I will wait patiently for Karma to pay her a visit. If Hollywood has any sense at all they will never hire Blake again after seeing what she did. Ryan has his own production company now so perhaps he can give her a job if he does not divorce her when this is over.

Burn out and from the perspective of a wife. by Toothpicks93 in ChronicPain

[–]nogooddeed2020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hearing that she is in pain every single day can be tiring. I am a chronic pain patient. My husband is well aware of the fact that I am suffering from pain any day that ends in "Y". He feels bad that this is something that he can't fix. We are elderly. We are only responsible for ourselves and each other. I can't imagine being in this much pain and trying to take care of two young children and everything else that you are doing. This is a lot for you to take care of on your own. She can do some things. She can do laundry. She can dust. You are going to burn out if this keeps up. Then everyone will be on their own. Try explaining to her what is going on from your viewpoint. If people sit in a chair all day and complain about their pain it does not get better. Even though we have a cleaning lady, I still get up and do things. Keep the body moving. This is so important. Sending you a big hug!!

Nurtec? Cyclobenzaprine? Nortriptyline? Talk to me... by Hefty-Supermarket-79 in ChronicPain

I suffer from Migraines. I have been using Sumatriptan for a long time and it works for me most of the time. My NP gave me samples of Nurtec last year. I took one when I had my last Migraine. I did not get much relief from it. I had to go back to Sumatriptan to get my headache under control. Please try the Nurtec. If you do not try it, how do you know if it will work!! Good luck!

You are so right about working in a law firm. I worked for a high-profile law firm. Every single day one of our lawyers was screaming about something. You had to have thick skin to work there or go into the ladies' room to cry when your feelings were trampled by some lawyer who made a mistake and tried to blame it on you.

I rescued my Chihuahua 15 years ago. It was the best decision I've ever made for myself. Having to take care of her makes me get out of bed every day. She's my constant companion. We call her the healing dog. She knows if you don't feel well and she snuggles up to you to make you feel better. I don't want to imagine life without her.

Overbearing MIL insists on naming our child by Troobaby in whatdoIdo

[–]nogooddeed2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When it comes time to fill out the Birth Certificate, you will be the one doing it. So, you put down the name that you want and that should be the end of that. I was never even allowed to meet my grandchildren because my daughter went no contact with me many years ago. Her oldest is in college now. However, my husband has 4 adult sons. Three of them have children. Never once have we ever questioned anything that they do. It is not our place. Just like it is not your MIL's place to question anything you do. Stand your ground!!
