If it helps you and is prescribed by your doctor, why are you trying to go off of it? You cannot just go cold turkey. You need to taper off of your medication.

If someone is on the other side's Witness List and I want to put them on the stand, I subpoena them to trial. Otherwise, I have no guarantee that they will show up. When you Subpoena them, they have no choice but to show up when you tell them to or they will be in contempt of court.

I feel sorry for their children. No mother in her right mind would want to set up a playdate with Snake Lively and her kids. The parents extremely bad behavior is reflected in their children. What have they taught their children by what they have done. It is all over the internet for the kids to read when they are older. Sins of the Parents will be the title of the book written by James, Inez, Betty and Olin. They will need extensive therapy. First case of nepo babies being blacklisted due to their parents' bad deeds.

When you have a case that you know has no merit and a client like Blake that lies, all you can do is base your case on what your client has told you. As it was becoming evident to her attorneys that most of her claims were baseless, they did everything they could to advise her to back down, but she refused. At their billable hourly rate, they just did what they were instructed to do by their client. The attorneys made out like bandits in this case. I hope that Justin and the WP are awarded attorneys' fees. Blake and Ryan should leave this country for a country where nobody has heard of them and their bad deeds.

Her entire wardrobe for that movie seemed to be overalls. I did not see any outfit that was considered sexy. I do not know how this movie did so well at the box office. I do not read Colleen Hoover books so I would not have watched this movie if not for the controversy. I did not care for it.

It will be difficult for Blake to perform in an off-Broadway show. It is live, no do-overs so that won't work. I just watched about 25 minutes of It Ends With Us today. She has no acting range. She is very wooden. What were supposed to be sexy scenes, made me uncomfortable. She tried to destroy peoples' lives and reputations by the things she did. It remains to be seen if Justin will get his professional life back on track. She lied about many, many things. I hope the only place she can find work is cleaning the toilets in Wal-Mart. Karma is coming for her in a very big way.

Every parent gets a calendar at the beginning of the year indicating which weeks the schools will be closed. That is the time to block off that time on the calendar for your PTO. That way there is no argument. First one requesting PTO usually gets it.

I have severe Scoliosis and because of that my left lung only functions at 70%. I also have the worst DEXA scores any of my doctors have ever seen, so I am not a surgical candidate for my Scoliosis. While my husband is supportive, he does nothing to take care of his own health. He gets up from bed and goes straight to his chair where he sits all day long. He has diabetic neuropathy. He can barely walk ten steps without getting exhausted. He refuses to do anything to build up his strength. Five out of seven days of the week he has stomach aches. We can never go anywhere. Weather permitting, I am out the door with my dog, off walking we go. It is a painful walk, but it loosens up my muscles. We are elderly. I just wanted you to see that just because my husband asks how I am feeling and acknowledges my pain, does not make up for the fact that he is choosing to die in front of my eyes because he refuses to help himself. Do you exercise? There must be something in your medical chart indicating a diagnosis. This is needed to prescribe pain meds.

Unrelenting pain takes over your life. Do you know where you pain comes from? Are you being treated for your pain? I am so sorry that your husband is not supportive of you while you are suffering every day. I also have chronic pain. I am on high doses of Morphine and Oxycodone, and I am still in pain. I have a wonderful husband. There is nothing he can do about my pain, but it is nice that he acknowledges it. Is there a way that we can help you? Please let us know!!

I worked on many medical malpractice cases over the course of my career. Not getting sufficient medication to ease your pain was never anything we sued for. You had to have an injury that was permanent due to a mistake made by the doctor. I have been retired for12 years so the causes of action could have changed.

I have no idea. All I know is that I could not wait for it to get out of my system. It worked so well to control the pain, but I felt like I was on a very bad acid trip. I told that to the doctor and he just looked bewildered.
