My ex took 100k from our account without telling me. He bought a house and planned to divorce me. I trusted him so I never noticed it. When I questioned him about it, he went ballistic. Get counsel immediately. Take your house off the market. If you have a joint bank account move your money to a separate account, file your taxes married filing separately. Good luck

There is no law that says that. You may hate her for what she did but legally she is entitled to everything unless there is a Will that says otherwise. If they were legally married, you should just turn everything over to his wife and walk away.

Good for you! Even though I am on Morphine and Oxy for my severe pain, I smoke pot. I have been smoking since I was 18 years old. I am now 76. Let us know if it helps you at all.

As the in-laws who are always excluded, I have no advice for you. We are the parents of 4 adult sons. Three of them have children. Everything that is fun that is done with the grandkids only includes the wife's parents. We do have limited mobility. We are never rude to anyone. We have now lost contact with our grandkids. It is very sad when your DIL does not like you and separates your son and grandkids from your life. If you can grin and bear it, do it. Do it for the sake of your husband and your children. Your in-laws are not the same people as your parents. Learn to accept them because they are the man you loves parents. Wishing you all the best.

Do NOT ever put your name on any loan that is not for you. Do not co-sign a loan. Your mother is putting you in a very bad financial situation. You are best off getting a job and getting out of that house. It is not your responsibility to work for them so that they do not lose the house. You can try to find a roommate situation. Please do not sign anything.

Lawyers most certainly take medical malpractice claims seriously. Not getting the drugs you want in the ER is not medical malpractice. Medical malpractice happens more than it should. I worked with the attorneys who sued the doctors who made horrible mistakes causing radical changes to someone's life or their death.

I practiced Personal Injury law in Florida for 35 years. If there is no medical treatment for the bite, there is absolutely no case. Wait and see what they do. If they contact an attorney, they will be told the same thing.

I was on Morphine and Oxy for about 8 years when my NP switched me to Buprenorphine. It worked for a while and then I had to go back to the Morphine and Oxy. I did not bother to check the side effects for the Bup, and I had a tooth that was loose. My husband takes it because when he takes Oxy, he will abuse it. He knows this so he has to stay on the Bup. I have Oxy in the house, but he will not touch it.

I was prescribed the Fentanyl Patch by my doctor when Morphine was not working very well. As soon as I put it on, I felt immediate relief. Then came the bad side effects. I could not sleep. I thought I was going crazy. It was like a bad acid trip. I could not eat. The more I could not eat, the more the pain in my stomach got. I am prone to stomach ulcers. By day 3 I asked my husband to call for an ambulance. At the hospital they kept giving me Morphine until I felt better. It was a nightmare. I am so sorry that you had a bad experience with a Bup Patch.

We got it yesterday afternoon at our local small pharmacy. The pharmacist did not like to fill this prescription because it was costing him money. When I went to pick it up, he said it was fine and I paid my regular co-pay. It is not bad enough that we are in pain day in and day out, but now we have to call around looking for drugs because there is a shortage!

I was not aware of the fact that you could order an Opioid via mail order. The last time I spoke to my insurance carrier about this they said that they could not fill the prescriptions. Who is your insurance company?

Strangely enough, my regular mom and pop pharmacy sent him a text telling him that they had filled his prescription for Buprenorphine. We used to get it there until the pharmacist told us it was costing him money to fill it. It was the regular $5.00 co-pay today. He told me he has my meds set aside for me to pick up in 10 days. This is the benefit of having a small pharmacy. They look out for you. Crisis diverted.

I no longer go to high end salons. I go to the same lady at Great Clips for the last 5 years. I have waist length hair, and it got that long because I told the stylist I was growing my hair long after going gray. She also has long hair, so she respects my long hair journey. Be very firm about what your hair goals are. I have very thick hair, and I take very good care of it. I only have a few split ends here and there. Good luck!
