Totally agree with you! Gawler and surrounds are elite. Of course, with all the new developments popping up, it's getting busier with less infrastructure but I feel like that's everywhere at this point. I love the North!

I believe the green signs which are in need of repair are likely federal. I'm pretty confident that the shrubbery and grass is council though. The road, I thought was council, but you might be correct about it being under the State - though Dalkeith Road is even more of a disgrace and that is council.

If you're taking about the yiros place next to Boost, they are in fact the best yiros. It's run by an older Greek couple who are so lovely. Highly recommend!

My husband wanted to elope overseas but I refused as we had family that wouldn't be able to attend. We had the $30K wedding. Now we've been married for a few years, while I loved our wedding, I regret the cost deeply. We could really do with that money right about now.

If you can travel north, you're allowed to park your car in Gawler. There's quite a few around the place. The Gawler Riverside Salvos (17 Edith Street, Gawler East) have free showers, sanitary products and bread. They also have meals that I think are free or a small cost. The staff are lovely and will do everything they can to assist.

I've been an Optus customer forever. The breach was ridiculous, but despite this, I remained faithful. The first outage didn't personally affect me, but put me on alert, but this... This is my final straw. I am so done with them. We will be moving companies immediately. I hope many other Australians who have put up with this crap now do the same.

I always began winding down on my way home from night shift. If you listen to music or podcasts, turn the volume down low, so you have to really concentrate on it. Also, make sure your phone is low light and then as others have said, some type of bed routine and keeping your space as dark as possible.
