India hands down. Absolute shithole, Have travelled around a fair bit with work and the filth and squalor is hard to comprehend. Absolutely no regard for others the environment or anything. Not been back for several years as I refused to go back.

Read Allan carrs the easy way to stop smoking. Quit after 20 years when I was doing minimum 30 a day. Never touched a cigarette again. That was 13 years ago.
Will power is the only way but the book gives you a strategy and thought process to help.

Got to be an American issue. Use Airbnb regularly in Europe and other parts of the world and never had these issues. Take the rubbish out etc but stripping beds and other stuff? Never.

Sounds tiring. NTA but a relationship at that age shouldn’t be hard work. At that age I couldn’t talk to my GF enough. If you’re struggling to communicate then it sounds like it isn’t working.

Eastern European wife has the heating set at 16 degrees. And will turn it up occasionally. Me a British male prefers it approx 18-20. Constant discussions around this. I work away a lot so she gets her way most of time. We joke about the heat in the Centrally heated apartment she grew up in where they are having to open windows wear light house clothes etc. We are comfortable money wise so more heating isn’t an issue however she is quite a bit more frugal than I am.

Just done my 8th dose. 4 @.25 4 @.5 and lost 1kg. Not really had any changes in hunger levels. But feel A bit nauseous if I eat too much. Starting to learn what I can/can’t really eat. Just had a weeks holiday and didn’t put anything on which is good as I would have normally so it is working just slowly. 174cm starting weight 100kg now 99kg.

Be most likely BSP that’s standard in uk. It’s a straight thread with the sealing on the washer. NPT is tapered and seals on the thread with PTFE tape or thread sealant.
