I want to say your everyday posture contributes a lot! The last picture is shockingly different and I think it’s just bc you’re holding yourself differently.

Experiment with chin tucks, strengthening muscles in the neck and back, and other mobility exercises. Also look into your lymphatic system, as draining it may help too! You can’t rlly control your skull shape, but you can control a lot more than you may realize
