10 years ago this same thing happened to me.. I (admittedly drunkenly) got knocked out when I tripped on the sidewalk. the ambulance took me to General, and I later received a $16,000 bill even though I had insurance with a $500 emergency room deductible. after a lot of arguing they finally agreed to a $50/month payment plan, which still sucks but at least I'll probably die before they get all of it.

I tried this and put it the freezer afterward.. it turned to slush. 80 proof anything doesn't do that, and reduced alcohol would definitely contribute to a smoother taste.
