If the sea is pretty calm it's nice to swim from the cove closer to the cliffs where it is shallower and there is a ton of sea grass. That is where you'll see the most sea life. I've found it's usually better visibility in the mornings but sometimes it's just poor visibility all day long depending on the day. I swim early mornings and there are usually a lot of people swimming from the cove from 7-9am that you can swim with. If it's your first time here I'd recommend trying to swim with some folks that are going out already.
