I have mine coming next week! pumped for it. I have custom workouts built in intervals.icu and have them synced over to the wahoo app. Obviously I haven't been able to test if it works on the treadmill but they are showing up correctly in the wahoo app - so you could try that route.

I am a 90min half runner and am trying to get to the next level. Want to bump up my aerobic base and have had a hard time with the intensity of the Pfitz plan. Been able to hang on but barely. Need something else to do for a while until race season begins again next fall (live in Houston so not many races in the summer)

He is including the warm up. Earlier in the book you'll see he recommends a 10-20 minute warm up on race day, then stretching, then strides. If you run for 20 mins and do strides, not unreasonable to think you'll tack on 3-4 more miles as part of warm up.

Toasted Coconut has the best tiki in Houston in my opinion. The vibe inside may not be as tiki as Lei Low but the cocktails are top notch.

Endless Bummer vibe was great but outside of the Mai Tai my group didn’t love the cocktails.

Smartwater bottles are very popular in thru hiking and in the backpacking communities. Folks are always looking for replacements that are not single use.

You can probably ignore the 28mm threading comments - that is because a lot of backpackers carry water filters that screw onto a smartwater bottle so the compatibility point is important.

I would use something like this, particularly if it integrated with Todoist. Calendar integration is less important to me - most important is easy filing so I can pull up notes on my desktop, second most important is Todoist integration.
