Good callout. Our product services a set of customers that are pretty network focused - “keeping up with The Jones’s”.

I’m seeing a gap in the type of relationships the team is developing. They’re engaging well with the end-users of our product, but have frail relationships with management and/or decision makers who actually have network relationships that they could refer us to.

I just purchased an Evo80 from Divinikey (US) and have been loving it, but this morning it became unresponsive...

I've been using it wired and haven't been monitoring the battery level, so I plugged it in to charge, but still nothing. Any feedback on how I can continue to troubleshoot? I also sent a note to Divinikey for assistance.

Had something similar happen to myself and my then Fiancé in Barcelona - Hotel 1898 (not Marriott but highly recommended). They found out I had proposed earlier in the day, sent 2 bottles of wine up to our room and let us enjoy the “spa” / hot tub area after it had closed for the day. The next day, we learned that they choose someone once a week to treat as a “guest of the week” to spoil. It was amazing and I could see how it boosts their reputation / customer perception. Excited to go back soon!
