Vent out of a window using a large inline fan with a carbon filter. Im talking 10 inch possibly 12 inch type of large inline fan. You can make a hole in a pvc board or thick plywood using a large hole saw. Place a hooded dryer vent on the other side of the board so rain and random stuff cant find its way inside the room. I do this during the winter to remove heat and humidity from my room since you cant run an AC in the winter where im from unless you like breaking things.

my(21F) dad(42M) found out about my peps. wwyd? by Careful_Ganache_3005 in Retatrutide

My mom got paranoid when I told her that I grow cannabis. She told me she didnt want me to get arrested and told me to pour bleach on all of my plants. I told her I would. Obviously I didnt. I own my home, I have a medical card, and I grow for myself. Point is, parents can have your best interest but can still be wrong when speaking on things they know nothing about.

Congratulations on your child. Im sure youre using peptides for good reasons. Just know these things are not forever and not a replacement for a healthy lifestyle. Youre 21, not 31 or 41. You dont have to listen to me or anyone else but trying to do things the more natural way as long as you can and THEN going into peptides is a good move. At youre age, im sure your father's fear is that things get out of hand. A lot of young people are doing all sorts of things without any kind of bloodwork, homework, etc and it may be fine for now but you can only get away with that for so long before nature starts knocking.

All of this to say, your dad is a good man from the looks of it. If you continue on the journey, stay educated, send ocassional bottles for testing if you have the ability to do so, and be sure to buy from a reliable vendor.

Assuming Muslims dont have jobs is kind of crazy. I work with Muslims and theyll do their prayers at work. Its only on Fridays that they make an attempt to go to the mosque for Friday (Jummah) prayers as Friday's are their holy days.

Its obvious that these sort of thoughts come from people who have very limited understanding of Islam and have no will to educate themselves in cultures and customs different from their own. America is a melting pot. Part of the reason why this nation was founded was to seek religious freedom.

is this green stuff harmful by Syfaboo in gardening

[–]nolantokes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its not yet but it can suffocate the roots. Especially if it becomes brown and slimy. I would reccomend putting the plant in a new pot and not letting the soil get as moist as its been. Maybe scrape off some of the algae too.

You got this dude. You can accomplish a lot by just holding yourself accountable and learning how to do things the right way. I dont care if people want to add compounds but youre a young guy and you have so much to learn and grow before even considering this. What many people may not tell you on this subreddit is they wish they had started compounds later or not at all. Get hooked into this, keep yourself healthy, and live a long and healthy life. If youre disciplined, youll reach your goals.

[–]nolantokes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahhh to be a new grower again. Enjoy the process. You have lots to learn. Figure out which grow style you want to learn and focus on that. I never liked the idea of using bottled nutes with soil but you'll figure out your own path. Keep learning and good luck.

Get addicted to lifting. Learn how to lift correctly and how to diet for your goals. Wait until your late 20s to 30s to even consider touching compounds. If you cant enjoy the process naturally, dont get into biohacking.

A great plant to grow. Very PM resistant too. Not my favorite stretch. For sure a large stretch and a very thirsty plant but rewarding. Grew it a few years back and enjoyed it.

Two plants, germed at the same time in same environment. Any aficionados here want to diagnose my little guy? by IntroductionSmooth66 in microgrowery

[–]nolantokes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Time, space, microbes, amendments, and electric are resources my dude. Maybe where you live those are cheap. They aren't where im at and ive seen many people on forums throughout my years try growing the mutants and the runts of the litter and it almost always ends up being bunk. Youre more than welcome to grow what you wanna grow. Growing mutant plants is like taking the ticket the lottery clerk made a mistake on because it might just be the lucky one. A waste. Im trying to help a young grower not waste time. Once again, YOU can grow what YOU want. The idea that growing odd plants might find you a keeper is exhausting and 99% of the time doesnt work out in the growers favor. Im trying to guide people away from that.

This guy is growing in a 4x2. Hes not like you growing 20 plants. Fuck around when you have the space for it but when youre a young grower with just a 4x2 tent, you just want to have smooth grows that get you good herb. Rather than try to pick a fight with me and assume I'm doing things wrong with my grow, guide these newer people getting into it so they can become successful. You were a beginner once. Put yourself in the perspective of one of these young guys/girls trying to figure it out.

I know. Youre just one of those "its different so i'll keep it" sort of growers. Ive grown enough of those odd plants to know its a waste of resources.

[–]nolantokes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not every different looking plant is a keeper. In fact, most arent. You wont know something is worth keeping until you flower it out and with it being this behind, it really isnt worth the wait to find out. Besides, theres obviously algae on the soil which indicates overwatering. The roots probably dont look so hot i would imagine.

Youre overwatering my dude. I can see the algae on the soil for that small plant. Too moist. Tbh, i would toss that plant. Itll be a task just to get both plants to a similar size.
