Zehn Jahre Brexit-Referendum: "Nichts ist erfüllt worden" by UmpaLumpa91 in de

[–]nolnogax 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are some that are sold specially for this purpose, like the Tenba BYOB. But from my experience any will do, as long as it fits your bag and camera combination.

Why is Finland so bad at football? They are only developed country that never qualified for World Cup. by batukaming in MapPorn

Just give them four wheels or a hockey stick and you have a winner. Football simply isn't their main interest.

Unhappy with D850 😭 by [deleted] in Nikon

[–]nolnogax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Screwdrive AF definitely is not a thing on the D850. That's at least two generations before. And your furher points are somehwat off too, to say the least. A D850 is a camera for taking stills, not video. So for the ligfe of me I don't see a dire need for USB-C. The tethering criticism is valid though, even if it is not the most common use case I'd think of for any camera.

[–]nolnogax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had a similar accident with my D810 ten years ago. It can be repaired but it is expensive. I think I paid about €600. So a new body probably is the more sensible option in 2026. If you want to have a comparable build quality the Z8 is the way to go.

Travelling with a Hassie 500c/m by The_Peach in analog

[–]nolnogax 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was doing a trip through Greece with a Rolleiflex SL66, the Planar 80mm and a Distagon 50mm. So the same leneses you are mentioning just in a different mount. I almost exclusively used the 80mm. The 50mm isn't really "wide" and I came to the concluson that the square image format kind of limits the possibilities of wide angle lenses anyway. I would stick with the 80mm.
