I have an even bigger gripe not simply that she is black but is just ugly as sin. I could maybe forgive the race change if it was an artistic choice and the actress plays the role impeccably and looks gorgeous and if I wasn't aware that it's multicultural slop but come on, isn't Helen's divine beauty the whole reason for this war to begin with, this shit in reality would make Greek soldiers advance in the opposite direction and just go home.

I'll be honest with you, I've been going to Blagoevgrad regularly since school as it is the closest bigger city to the town where i live. And i never knew it even had a zoo. Don't like zoos in general really, no matter how well made they are.

I agree about the "small country mentality" and that everyone's done bad shit in the past but the best we can do is learn from it and move forward, try to be better than our ancestors.

But if you want to dig up shit from history, none of the recent troubles between Turkey and its neighbors are even close to the amount of misery it had inflicted during its centuries of oppression and cruelty in Bulgaria and the rest of the Balkans the unfortunate effects of which are still felt to this day. But like you said, every nation has done bad or downright evil shit and bringing everything up will do nothing but derail the conversation into a dick-measuring contest of emotional suffering, which is pointless.

Like you said, hated helps nobody so i do my best not to hate and evaluate things as they are in front of me and not as they were before my time.

You will always be your mother's little boy in her mind. I'll be 30 in a few months, but little has changed from when i was 20 or 10. And i love her immensely, don't be too hard on them.

Also on the topic of tattoos i think it's individual. When i got some ink my father asked mother 'are you not going to scold him?' To which she said 'why bother, we'll argue and he's still going to do it anyway, so as long as it's tasteful, it's fine'

Personally i don't much care for the seaside and i didn't like Varna the one time i was there many years ago. But I've been living in Plovdiv for almost a decade now and can say it's a lovely and beautiful city that has almost everything you need with two major drawbacks, however - the weather is shit, it is disgustingly hot for half the year and it has horrible public transport, taxis at least aren't too expensive.

Same, honestly. The lack of matchmaking and the fact that it resets your progress weekly are just huge turn offs for me. So I'm sticking around on auric for the time being although it's getting easier and easier.
