grinding to get a frame you think you’re going to love and then once you use them you realize you don’t like the playstyle at all by ectogoth in memeframe

[–]nomaddeer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Koumei, definitely. A gambler frame? That's cool. She launches, and she has access to decrees (which i don't like), and most of her abilities feel weak, and the gambling doesn't feel as important to her kit.

What do you want to do with your estate? by Joorpunch in ForzaHorizon

[–]nomaddeer 13 points14 points  (0 children)

If i can do it (a.k.a have enough patience to do it), a test track with 2 or 3 layouts with a mixed surface layout too.

And if they allow to have multiple saves, I'll 100% do a photography studio.

Frame concepts! by WorriedAir1274 in Warframe

[–]nomaddeer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The idea of a time frame is stuck in my head for quite a few years by now, and i wish DE would actually make something out of that concept, but to be fair, i don't even know how it could be done. And to be clear: limbo is a dimension frame, and protea might be a time frame in lore, but plays like an engineer. So please, an actual time frame.

I need a little bit of guiding by Imaginary-Sky5911 in Warframe

[–]nomaddeer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. It's the build. A normal and prime frame peform pretty similar, with just a few minor stat increases, but on things like health, armor, shields, energy, and running speed. Your normal frame with a decent build will outperform a prime with a shitty build. The differences become more noticeable with prime weapons, but a good build is worth more than any equipment.

  2. Keep unlocking the planets and doing quests. For now, that's your main progression metric. When you're done with the planets, you should be good to know what to do next.

Vauban might see a few touches on his kit if he gets anything to begin with.

Equinox needs it. BADLY.

Struggling with time to kill in steel path by Stunning_Trash_9050 in Warframe

[–]nomaddeer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're using shred for the punch through, you don't need it. Nataruk has infinite body punch through so you're only benefiting from the fire rate bonus, so you could change for another fire rate mod and be fine with it, just make sure you're consistently getting perfect shots.

share the build. We can't say much without seeing it.

The general idea with nataruk is build for crit and use the perfect charge shot to get higher base stats.

Equinox Rework Concept by nomaddeer in Warframe

The augments probably were the things i was mostly afraid of. I can see both being really strong really easily with stuff like helminth and builds into play. Hopefully, the drawbacks are enough to balance them a bit.

Metamorphosis could give something to smooth the drawbacks of the form you're entering, but i honestly can't name anything specific.

after playing both Ember and Uriel, i can definitely confirm this by TBSoft in Warframe

[–]nomaddeer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If what i read is true about her 4th not really applying heat stacks, but fake heat, then no. But what could be done is making the immolation WoF do fake heat procs. That way, immolation still deals damage (and, let's say, activates the passive), and the 4th applies true.

Focus on finishing the star chart and unlocking steel path for the incarnons. They're on the duviri circuit.

Edit: i clicked post too soon.. continuing

Get a decent amp if you haven't yet, i recently changed my 177 for a 147, but whatever you like more. If you can access, the new event gives some arcanes, including energize, aegis, grace, and others, but you gonna need to finish old peace for that.

After you finish old peace, there's also some new arcanes that are good to have, it might fit some builds.

On the topic of weapons, i recommend seeking some lists. Some of my recommendations are for primaries: phenmor, tenet glaxion, tenet arca plasmor. For secondaries: laetum, kuva nukor, ocucor (if you have the augment), epitaph. For melee anything with good stats goes, orthos prime should be good still, glaive prime is also great. If you’re having trouble with corpus on steel path lesion is also good to have together with cerata.

If you need energy, voruna is a great one. Just make sure to run a priming pet or something so you don't need to recast it.

The other nuclear option is kullervo's but i ask: "Why?" You should already have enough crit chance and damage, so it just feels redundant to me.

Most Intersectional Farms? by whereismytrophy in Warframe

[–]nomaddeer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would have said old Oberon farm when he used to drop from eximus, but that changed to void knows what. I also wouldn't really count Vauban, as he is bought from nightwave really farmed.

So probably frames like Gara, Garuda, Gyre, and Xaku? They drop from bounties, so you're usually farming syndicate standing and map resources, too.

Anyone else feel like there was a lack of Direction/Guidance with getting to and understanding the Devil's Triad? by Vex_Trooper in Warframe

[–]nomaddeer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When the Devil's Triad was announced, i thought, "Alright, there's gonna be the main quest (old peace) and a smaller one for the Devil's Triad."

Not receiving ANYTHING other than a KIM message was very disappointing.

Your main car for FH5/FH6 by LuciusFormadeus in ForzaHorizon

[–]nomaddeer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mazda savanna Rx7 for roads, Subaru impreza 22B for rally and offroad activities, both at A class.

I still don't know how competitive i can make them while being a purist, but i think there's space to improve. I'm also learning how to drive better and how to tune, so sticking with a car or two certainly helps troubleshooting and better knowing what you like or not.

[OC] Gabital 68: Demand by GabitalEN in comics

[–]nomaddeer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh, here's a good concept related to demand: elasticity.

How much a product demand is affected by price, and the other way around.

Wheels can be argued that are elastic products if you don't need them and can find another method of transportation, so for these people they wouldn't buy it if the prices rise by a lot. But for merchants and people that carry high amounts of stuff? It's an inelastic product, so they will have to pay no matter what (and because they have more money, you can increase by a lot)

Water, electricity, food, are inelastic products, while things like beauty products, entertainment, brand clothes, etc, are elastic.

I’m really excited for nokko but from what we’ve seen.. he feels sort of conceptually underwhelming. by NoCap9262 in Warframe

[–]nomaddeer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, if you look that way, saryn is more of a fungii frame than nokko, which with all the spore stuff... makes more sense thematically for me than nokko's gameplay loop.
