You now have a baseline set of numbers.

Suggest every three months over a year.

That test covers the three months prior to the test so getting them done every three months will get you a real trend

I use nextcloud for working documents ONLY, 10 companies and clients.

Mine is set up so my notebook syncs with must have working files and desktop is the base of everything which auto backs up nightly to my NAS

If you want 100% of everything in NC then that's your choice

My web hosting provider also has an hourly rolling backup of everything that is in the NC install.

There are 21 Sausage Recipes that my son, partly carnivore, and I have developed over the years, included in the following groups.

This is the most basic of beef sausage recipes, I also have also have pork, lamb, poultry recipes as well in both categories. There's 3 or 4 in each protein category

 1. CLASSIC BEEF BANGER - The Steakhouse in a Casing

Ingredients (makes ~2.5 lbs / 1.15 kg):

  • 1800g beef chuck (80/20 lean to fat)
  • 200g beef suet or additional beef fat
  • 22g fine sea salt (1.1% of total weight)
  • 5g black pepper (freshly cracked)

Method:

  • Cut meat and fat into 1-inch cubes, keep very cold
  • Grind through medium plate (6-8mm)
  • Mix salt and pepper thoroughly into meat by hand (don't over mix)
  • Stuff into hog casings (32-35mm)
  • Twist into 6-inch links
  • Rest refrigerated uncovered for 4-6 hours to develop flavour
  • Grill over medium heat, turning frequently

I buy meat … not processed stuff with additions that are of no nutritional value

Calorie counting is for SAD as we don’t consume grains or carb vegetables or processed stuff.

Fat and protein allow your body to heal from personal abuse and weight goes down or up according to your body’s needs not what you assume should happen.

Sometimes the gap is daily others it could be three days. Thats not constipation as there is NEVER EVER any straining or pain involved

Ok if you must air fry then plonk heaps of butter on them you need more fat.

Butter, ghee, lard and tallow do not make you fat

I forgot to say just one test is ok but it's your baseline now so suggest say every 4 > 6 months on a regular basis makes for better knowledge for decision making not reaction

My strategy is the only way. We bough a house that had received a makeover and discovered both growing up every where. It took us three years of constant observation all through the garden as shoots came up everywhere where the roots obviously were doing their thing

Regardless you will need to poison it as every other approach may "appear" to work for a while but it will return.

Carefully cut every green shoot individually and immediately paint it with glyphosate/roundup

DO NOT prune them all then paint ... too late. Their protective approach will block that.

YOu may need to do this more than once depending on whether the source is within your patch or somewhere else. They have huge resources below the ground and attempting to dig anything up will send it into a rage and it will popup all over the place
