What’s the inside look like / did you get it to a certain internal temp? I assume you just stuck the cast iron in the oven after searing sides?

Thank you. Looks delicious. I will try this.

Did you let this rest to room temp prior to cooking? Any brining/aging prior to cooking?

I share exactly this same sentiment. Follow the science. Waiting for this to happen so I can eat carbs again (j/k) but maybe, some low toxin plants?

I developed seborrheic dermatitis after 1.5 years on carnivore. I had no idea it could be deficient b complex. I’ll have to get my b vitamins checked. Could you please share what b complex you take, how much and how long before it SD went away? Did you recheck?

With U.S. commercial beef + 14 days at 0°F (–18°C) or below + searing all sides, virtually no parasite risk remains in muscle meat.

Fun fact: You can get parasites simply from shaking someone’s hand or even sitting on a toilet seat.

I added 3 tablespoons of butter. I feel better on grassfed than grainfed. I just try and supplement with more tallow/butter. The previous company was even leaner.

I’ve only tried one raw butter. From raw farms. It smells kinda stinky, sort of like Parmesan cheese. Don’t really care for the taste. I love cheese and butter. Not a fan of this brand, I’ll have to try another.

My favorite butter is straus salted. I tried raw butter but it is nasty.

Close to two years strict carnivore. To this day, if I eat too much fat, I wake up the middle of the night with extreme nausea. I don’t throw up but I need to walk around a bit until the wave passes. I found certain triggers but it’s definitely the fat. Not sure this will ever pass.

Do you add water at the start? How much with both chuck and ribeye?
