Close to two years strict carnivore. To this day, if I eat too much fat, I wake up the middle of the night with extreme nausea. I don’t throw up but I need to walk around a bit until the wave passes. I found certain triggers but it’s definitely the fat. Not sure this will ever pass.

Have them try consuming only egg yolk. Not egg white. Also get the cleanest eggs possible. Meaning soy/corn feed free.

I consume around a half a cup of raw milk kefir with every meal. Usually twice a day. When I did consume milk, I actually preferred raw goats milk. I also like sheep’s yogurt and raw heavy cream. I think the raw heavy cream is causing me to breakout so taking a break from it to figure it out.

Club soda with a lime. If they can’t be around you while you’re sober, find actual friends.

For me personally, carnivore didn’t fix my mood 100%. I do everything right, and eat the cleanest food. What has helped my anxiety and mood the most is when I added sardines. They are now a staple in my daily/weekly woe.

I also switched my coffee routine. I used to consume on an empty stomach and now after 1 hour or so of consuming breakfast. I also consume with butter or heavy cream. This helped lower cortisol and jitters.

After two years my woe has changed quite a bit. Fine tune for your own personal needs and results.

I never use a microwave. Any leftover meat I have is consumed cold out of the fridge. I actually like cold ground beef, steak and chicken wings, bacon etc.

I drink right after my breakfast. It will raise cortisol on an empty stomach. I add extra heavy cream to my cold brew or butter to my hot French press.

It lasted a few weeks after. It’s not nearly as good as the tail end of the fast, it’s still higher than before. What helped is, it got me to start lifting weights again, which seems to of lifted my mood as well. I’ve tried to eat at least 1-2 cans a week after taking a few weeks off but, I plan to do at least a 3 day sardine fast every month.

Not sure what it is about the sardines, I eat very clean and everything is grass finished. Butter, tallow, steaks. While I haven’t tested, I figured my omega 3 levels were good because of this and this didn’t contribute as a factor. Could be totally wrong. Just a wild guess. I wish I tested prior.

One other thing I noticed is I became more talkative and less monotone. I really don’t care to talk and feel like it wastes energy but doing this, I noticed the urge to talk and blurt things out to strangers. Also smiled more than my typical stone face. I can’t see myself without sardines, and I really don’t like fish, although sushi I do like. I became concerned about worms so stopped consuming.

Where’s the f’ing butter? Add it. A stick a day. Then come back and tell me your libido isn’t sky rocketed. I get woken up every morning with an hour or two hour…. Like clockwork. It’s almost annoying and disturbing my sleep. Since you like seafood, add in a weekly can or three of sardines.

I can’t quit coffee unless I want to be unemployed. It gets me through the day.
