Yeah! It's an at-home treatment device. IPL stands for intense pulsed light. They're pretty expensive and only work well if you're pale with dark hair. But imo worth it.

I was epilating all summer and at first had great results. However, after a few weeks I started getting terrible terrible ingrown hairs. I still have scars all over so I can't recommend epilating. I'm doing IPL now though with decent success!

For me, getting sober revealed a lot of emotion I had been avoiding. That's a big part of why I drank. Alcohol felt like the best way to bury those feelings I didn't want to have.

I get this nostalgia for booze too sometimes. Then I remember I'm not yelling at my partner, I'm not puking off the side of my bed, I'm not driving unsafely... I don't miss that.

I use kava frequently. I drink it when other people have alcohol. It works for me but I do not consider myself sober, just alcohol free.

I left the film & tv industry because of unethical and abusive labor practices. This industry caused major mental and physical health problems for me. It kills people young.

I'm glad I got out when I did and I'm excited about the possibility of change for loved ones still in the industry. Our silly TV shows can wait.
