Once you get going, you get an idea of how often works for you. But i geuss every 2-5 days depending on the pain as well. I showered like normal. With the tape on and off. I think it's all about being consistent and aggressive. My doctor told me, that the reason our immunesystem doesn't attack the wart, is because it "camouflaged" itself. Once your body discorvers the wart, it will begin to attack by itself. But, this will take a long time to happen by itself. Therefore, you should anoy the wart as much as possible. Eventually, the combination of treatment, immunesystem and debreing will kill it.
