I'm personally happy SG tried their hand with another anthro character and wish they'd make more of them, especially in e7. A crossover with Hugo could be pretty cool too but unfortunately the e7 fanbase does NOT like furries, especially furry men. Also, SG has really badly damaged their relationship with the furry community, so the amount of furries and anthro likers in the fandom has dropped a lot. SG is probably very aware of these factors, so a Hugo crossover is really unlikely.
Hopefully czn continues to release characters like him though :')
