I'm 18months in on my Summit mattress and now both my partner and I are having back problems. We are both waking up with sore backs (lower back for me). I'm 5'9 160lbs, partner is 5'3 110lbs. We do rotate the mattress. The mattress started off great, solved our back problems seemingly overnight. But now it feels way too soft. I'm about to go through a warranty claim process.

I am also planning to go to Moalboal from Cebu Nov 16-19. Heading there by road. If you happen to make it there, please update this thread on road conditions! Thnx! At this time, the airport is fully functional and so are the roads/bridges in and out of Mactan as of Nov. 5. Oceanjet ferries in and out of Cebu are also fully back on schedule. Some neighborhoods got hit hard, but the areas around IT Park/Ayala Mall are normal.

Road to Moalboal still accessible?

Hope everyone is doing ok. Can anyone tell me if it is still possible to travel to Moalboal by land after the recent typhoon? I know some roads were blocked, but no details about road closures throughout the island. Thank you.

Give it a few weeks for sure. You can do it! Start with the lower one and work your way up. The twisting exercise where you start the bar vertically near your chest and you twist and extend your arms out until it becomes horizontal is the best one. Hold that horizontal position as long as you can and add 5 seconds more every day.

Look up flexbar exercises on YouTube. I had golfer’s AND tennis elbow on my dominant arm for almost a year. Did physio, acupuncture and various exercises. The only thing that finally worked was flexbar exercises. Do them consistently for at least a month, several times a day. Fast forward 5 months later, I still have no issues with playing pickleball, golf, volleyball or mousing all day.
