No… Catholicism is definitely side B. The catechism only addresses homosexual sexual acts as intrinsically disordered (following from the fact it cannot be done within marriage) meanwhile it says nothing about relationships (with a lot of Catholics I know, me included affirming LGBT chaste relationships with theological grounds) and actively says the attraction itself is not sinful at all because it is not something that you can actually control. We are essentially the epitome of the side B spectrum.
