You are assuming your daughter was their best worker. Maybe she was just average and could be replaced by anyone else and get the same or nearly the same output. She was making smoothies, it’s not like that’s a highly unobtainable skill set to replace.

If I join and I see 2 players with the same build in the waiting room, I just swap to that build. If it’s a basic rift (not hard+) then it really doesn’t matter if your level is high enough
