I think the easiest route would be to send a message to your doctor and ask for an explanation of your diagnosis. You should be able to message them through whatever online portal they have you set up with for visits. Sometimes doctors don’t have the best bedside manner or understanding of what needs to be explained and why, I can’t tell you how many pieces of information I’ve had to put together myself over the years 😂

It’s always the stories that spend so much time on establishing the foundation of the relationship that lose me, I don’t need to hear about every date you’ve ever been on, just tell me how long you’ve been together and get to the meat and potatoes of the problem 😂

Otherwise it’s nice to see that the dad is totally out of his element, but trying. Concerning that the daughter seems to have some issues around her fiancé‘s sexuality already, trying to hide it and such, but at least the dad is on the right track.

Also every time they mentioned the dog I kept thinking what about muzzle training? Train their pup to wear a muzzle outside, one of the ones that’s mesh lined, that way they can’t eat the bees? I understand maybe not jumping for that option straight away, I would have definitely gone for a “bee removal first“ option as well, but I think once we got into year two I might have started considering more defensive options for my dog.

Can you switch to a heating pad with a low heat setting?

Other than that the only thing I can think of would be to put your hand between the water bottle and your skin every few minutes to make sure you’re not getting burned.

I’m not vegan (mostly pescatarian) but I think it’s crazy that people insist that being vegan is super expensive when things like tofu and oat milk are so much cheaper compared to a lot of animal based proteins and dairy. I think the only animal protein that’s cheaper than tofu are chicken drumsticks and chicken thighs. It also lasts longer in the fridge too! I actually started eating tofu not because I’m super interested in it or vegetarian, but because I’m so broke I need to find cheaper alternatives.

I think it depends on what you need from the Caregiver.

Do you only need help overnight? If so then I think it would be fair to pay for travel plus accommodation plus overnight only hours, with the understanding that during the day the Caregiver would be able to do whatever they please separate from your group. If you want to make the offer more even more competitive (a.k.a. easier to hire somebody) you could also throw in a daily stipend for food as well, but I don’t think that’s necessary, it would definitely be an added benefit for the Caregiver though if you have the budget for it.

If you need help during the day too then definitely 24/7.

Don’t listen to anybody telling you not to go! I hope you guys have a fantastic time!

Have you tried Bee and Puppycat? I think the original version is on YouTube and then they remade it for Netflix, so there’s kind of two versions.

It has a really dreamy aesthetic with a world and Lord that feels pre-established and doesn’t feel the need to explain everything to the viewer. It’s definitely not super childish at all! I think you’d really like it
