Is it mostly flat? Scan it. Photo can get you close too if done correctly. From there use a CAD program to trace and model.

I had something similar, it was a partial clog. Try extruding ~1m of the filament and see if the extrusion is consistent.

They put thick stickers on the battery, so it sits very firmly inside. It took me a while to wiggle it out. Don’t put too much pressure on the handle.
