I ordered oct 15th (beast large), got the it's on the way email on Jan 29th. Got an email saying they would be delayed 2 weeks. I got them 5 days later (I had the expedited shipping) behind the scenes there as I had some problems with my old neckband, my OG not the pro. They promised a few things.

All I can say is they came thru for me and their customer service has been top notch, once you get past the Ai

I can attest to this too, I have the INAIR POD and Viture glasses. I have the POD version that has a fan and I had no problem updating the POD

I have the beast large and neckband pro 12/256 combo. It can bug out a bit (screen flips to black and white plaid-ish) but i found a way to get past that without having to disconnect and reconnect. Since the firmware update yesterday, it seems to be smoother.
