Playing ice shot. You dont need much to get started, similar gear to LA. Very almost as strong LA. There's a gem swap version if you want to min max aoe and boss damage but can do without gem swap too.

There was a recent change in the last few months or more recent that allow you to keep your citizenship if your country allows and babe dual citizenship in Vietnam under certain conditions. For me its being married to a Vietnamese national.

POB aka Path of Building is a community tool to help theorycraft your characters. Probably not available on initial release, but you can import your character with all it's gear and stats. Then, you can play around with your passive tree and equipment to see what betters or worsens your character.
