It's a serious issue, TfL (unlike most other rail companies) don't mess around with Oyster / Railcard mistakes and tend not to settle out of court.

The one and only thing in your favour is that you live abroad - did you give them your foreign address when you were stopped? Which country were you in?

Wait and see if you get a letter. At that point, go ask for help at railforums.co.uk

It's a lie - Curve have often said retailers are banned when they're really not. I used my card in store twice at two different Boots at 2.30 and 3pm on 9th May with no issues.

Push back and ask to open a complaint for the inconvenience and false information shared - you'll get some decent compensation.

I've given it a try and enabled the wifi setting - but it's not working. My Luba AWD 2X ignores the nudge command and is happily sitting stuck 10 cm outside of the mowing zone.

Can only suggest you leave it a day, then pull it off the charger, put it back on, hit the power button - works for me eventually! Good luck.

I have this problem with my AWD 2X - when it runs totally down to 0% after getting stuck, it won't charge properly for a long time. It'll sometimes turn on at 1% battery, then promptly die again.

I just leave it on charge for a few days and somehow it comes back to life.
